5-7-14

Got up early with Thomas and tried to let leanna and brian sleep. Then they went to work and Thomas and I rested and played.  Then grandma martin came to visit and we went to have lunch with leanna at her school. I try to get Thomas out a little each day. After school leanna Thomas and I went shopping for baby things. Who knew that satin tabs were supposed to be calming to a baby. So leanna bought a satin tabbed cloth.  

I am learning all kinds of new things. Did you know that the diapers have a line on them that turns color when it is wet so that you can know that the diaper is wet. Ok call me old. It has been fun taking care of Thomas. It like like I will be doing it I to June. Pray that leanna brian and Thomas will be able to put up,with me.  

Talked to so,e friends about upcoming mission trips. Probably going to be going to Africa again. Just the beginning stages of he trip. 

5-6-14

Had a late start this morning. Started at 4:40. Thomas slept late. 

We had lunch with uncle david and mr mike. Then Thomas and I came home. We played on the jungle gym then right before leanna got home Thomas fell asleep.

5-5-14

Got up at 4 to take care of Thomas. Then this morning we got dressed in our tuxedo shirt. Thomas is 2 months old so we were going to party. First we went to she his mom at her school. Then we headed to his grandma's. We went to lunch with her. So it was a small party but Thomas looked good eating with his grandma martin and his grandpa thompson. 

Then we had to come home and rest. Whew. A good day. 

5-4-14

Had a good Sunday. Taught about Ruth in Sunday school and then pastor Greg taught from Hebrew 4-12.  We did a graduation service at church. Each person graduating from 8th grade high school and college got recognized and received a bible. It was a good day after church I went to sonny and judy for lunch and a card game.  Then I drove to OKC. I brought my electric car to david and sarah. No I did not driv it here.  I put it on a trailer and drove the trailer. Then I came to leanna to see Thomas. Got here just in time to feed him. 

He sure is a good boy.   Not even prejudiced 

5-3-14

It was good to be home. It was beautiful outside. I spent the day outside working. Yep I finally got my soap on the trees to deter the deer. The wind was up so was not able to get the round-up done I will do that early in the morning if the wind is not up

Remember Sunday is coming. 

5-2-14

Got up at 3 with Thomas. Had a good day. We went to the art festival in Edmond with david and sarah. Then on to lunch with them and brian. 

Leanna had a good day but glad her week is done. So I headed to kansas. Made it just fine. 

5-1-14

May Day. Wow I used to have lots of fun on May Day. Today I stRted at 3 with Thomas. He was hungry. So I told Leanna that she was going to owe me for overtime plus night time. She assurede I would get paid according to services rendered   Duh what more can a guy ask for. I spent the entire day with Thomas. 

So this evening Diane hunter came by to see Thomas. She assured me that I was not a nanny. So I looked it up and the male version if nanny is manny. Whew so now I am a manny.
