Don't forget tomorrow is last day to file taxes. 

Ok what is wrong with this picture. Yesterday I was driving my car with the top down today I was driving my car and it was snowing. Now the snow did not stick to the ground because it was so warm. But it snowed. Yes I had the top up 

I know if I lived in Minnesota like some people you still have snow on the ground. Sorry I complained what was I thinking. 

Don't forget to get up at 3 and watch the eclipse

Went to church came home and took a nap

Watched the final round of the masters

Had storm blow through. 80 mile and hour winds and the possibility if gold ball size hail. No hail. And wind lasted less than 5 minutes

Made it back to church this evening

Looking forward to a good week

Oh big news is that I slept on my bed last night. Yep graduated from the chair to a bed. The ribs did ok  so will try bed again this evening

4-12-14

Had a busy day. Went to an auction this morning then to an appreciation day at the coop.   Then I came home to take a nap

This evening went to church for a birthday party for Matt herold. Can you believe he is 34. Wow. Then we played crazy bridge with everyone. It was fun and I think that Matt really enjoyed it

I forgot to tell you Thomas is now 9 and a half pounds and 21 inches long. So he is growing fine.

Another beautiful day. Worked on projects until time to go to sonny and judy. Nice lunch. You will have to ask judy what the score was   But I feel lucky. 

Came home and looked thru pictures of when we were in Japan. Wanted to find picture of mr peck holding Leanna 43 years ago. But didn't find one of him but found one of me holding Leanna. Yep I had long dark hair. 

Also found a Picture of Leanna about Thomas age.

Beautiful day. Drove to joplin to get started on Christmas presents. Ok I know it is only April but I work kind of slow. Top down because it was such a nice day 

So maybe I can get some presents done. 

Talked to a good friend and was reminded that resurrection Sunday is coming. 

4-9-14

It was a beautiful day outside. The air conditioner guy came by to talk to me about the duplex in Altamont. Hopefully the basement guy will call soon and get started building the basement 

So this afternoon I went outside and picked up sticks that had fallen during the winds. Tried not to do too much. At church I noticed that I was feeling the effects of picking up sticks. So I have to do even less. 

 We will be having a revival at church on Friday Saturday and Sunday of Easter. Would love to see you come to church. Looking forward to the message and the special music at the services. 

4-8-14

Had prayer meeting this morning at 6 for the upcoming revival. Then I came home a took a nap. 

Didn't feel well this afternoon so just rested. Then took a 4 wheeler ride with my dog. Roger and jerry finished planting corn on the field north of the house  so all fields have crops in them. Will see how the rain affects the crops 

Finished off the day with a baccalaureate meeting to get ready for the upcoming service in May.
